‘I’ve really enjoyed being able to do the stretch classes as I am very lazy at doing them on my own.The benefits are obvious for me as even though I do Iyengar yoga twice a week (which is quite stretchy), the classes never quite reach the places that the Zita’s stretch classes do. Some of the exercises are quite challenging but they have certainly got easier over the weeks and I actually find the class calming because of holding the poses and getting into those positions that bootcamp and walking do their best to tighten up. I love the relaxation at the end and I always feel energised afterwards.’
